June 21 - Dubai Marina Yacht Club won the “Innovation and Excellence” award in the Marine and Marina Management category at The World of Yachts Recognition Awards for Excellence 2010 this Saturday.
The ceremony was held in Beirut at the sixth Beirut Boat Show 2010 and consisted of jury from professionals in the marine and yachting business.
Speaking on the occasion, Phil Blake, Senior Marine Operations Manager, Dubai Marina Yacht Club said: “We are honoured to accept this recognition for the hard work the team has put into our popular cruising rally and event program of summer seminars and workshops. Combined with a simply superb location and choice of facilities, Dubai Marina Yacht Club’s reputation has grown as the marina of choice for active boaters in the region.”
