Major General Abdel Fadil, the governor of South Sinai issued new regulations on Thursday night to all executive agencies to provide recretional diving services and training courses for tourists.
These recreational diving courses are expected to be for beginners as well as for advanced divers and those who wish to practice recreational diving. The ruling was passed after the waters in Sharm El Sheikh were deemed free from shark.
