Dubai Malls Recreate Arabian Culture

Dubai malls bring the charm of Arabian culture by putting up Majlis, featuring family shows, and playing Ramadan movies.  “Journey to Mecca” is now playing at Ibn Battuta Malls Grand Cinemas, along with other special Ramadan movies for families.  Also at the Ibn Batuta mall, a historical documentary show takes place between 3:30 pm and 9:30 pm and is open to all shoppers and guests.  The inspirational documentary features a specially constructed set of Al Masjid Al Haram (Great Mosque) with the Kaaba at its center.

General Manager for  Ibn Batutta Mall said “We are delighted to be offering an exciting array of authentic activities for our valued customers, whether local, expatriate residents, or tourists.”  Bernice Boshoff said in a cosmopolitan area like the Middle East it is important to be aware of the differences between the many cultures.
