With stretches of pristine white sand sloping gently into the Arabian Gulf, Jumeirah Beach is a favorite spot for tourists all year long. The beaches are well maintained and provide ample opportunity for swimming or splashing around in the water, playing in the sand, or simply lazing around as you soak up the sun. ( A word of caution though- the sea can become quite rough and it would be best to avoid swimming at such times.)
Beautiful sunset scenes will hold you spellbound as you watch the sun take a dip into the waters after spreading its orange glow in a magical sheath. Close by, the Burj al Arab Hotel forms an interesting silhouette and far into the distance one can make out the dim outline of the newly opened Atlantis Hotel.
